What we collect

The home page calculator collects the choices you make (whether you are protecting your family or growing money tax-free, a monthly amount and a number of years) and, only if you choose to save the result, a first name. The intake form at /start collects your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, your main goal, a monthly amount, and, if you selected the family path, the name of a spouse or family member the coverage should also help protect. Opening a free membership account collects a name, email address, mobile phone number and password, plus the age you would like to retire by if you choose to enter it. The member area logs the plans you save, the courses and tools you use, and any posts, replies or messages you choose to write in the community. All of it beyond the calculator's basic choices is optional; the calculator itself works without ever creating an account.

Why we collect it

The intake form's date of birth is collected because age is one of the main factors in what insurance coverage actually costs, so a real conversation needs a real birthday. Contact information (phone, email) is collected so Krystal Londono can follow up about the request you made. Community posts and messages are stored so the membership area functions as a place to ask questions and see replies.

Who sees it

Krystal Londono and anyone she employs or contracts with to help run Protected With Love see the information you submit. Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the membership database and delivers the email this site sends, all on her behalf. New leads, new members and strategy session requests are also copied into GoHighLevel, her customer relationship platform, so that she can follow up with you. Your personal information is never sold, and it is not shared with unrelated third parties for their own advertising.

State privacy rights

If you live in a state that gives you rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted, you can exercise those rights by contacting protectedbykrystal@gmail.com. We aim to respond to a verified request within 45 days.

Contact consent and texts

Submitting the intake form or a contact form on this site means you agree that Protected With Love may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing protectedbykrystal@gmail.com. When you agree, the site stores the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time you agreed, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, so there is a record of what you were shown.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information held about you, including closing a free membership account, by emailing protectedbykrystal@gmail.com.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie to keep members signed in and to remember which audience path (protect my family, or grow tax-free) you selected on the calculator. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and site interactions in aggregate, which sets its own cookies; it is configured never to record anything you type into a form, and the membership back office is not measured at all. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Children

This site and its free membership are intended for adults age 18 and older. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has created an account, contact protectedbykrystal@gmail.com and it will be removed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
